Mini Shoot Contract

Services: The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the Shoot. The Shoot will last between 30 minutes to an hour. The Photographer will provide their professional skills to produce high-quality images of the Client during the Shoot.

Fee: The Client agrees to pay the Photographer dollar amount listed below for the Shoot. This fee covers the Photographer's time, travel, and professional skills. The Photographer reserves the right to withhold delivery of any images until all payments have been received in full.

Image Delivery: There is no minimum or maximum amount of photos that will be taken or returned. The Photographer will make their best effort to capture a variety of high-quality images for the Client during the Shoot. The Photographer will deliver the final edited images to the Client via digital download within 36 hours after the Shoot. The Photographer will not be responsible for re-editing any photos unless a mistake has been made by the Photographer and agreed upon between the Photographer and the Client.

Copyright: The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the Shoot, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the images for promotional purposes. The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.

Model Release: The Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images taken during the Shoot for promotional purposes. The Client also grants the Photographer permission to use their name and likeness in connection with the images.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or resulting from the Shoot.

Cancellation: In the event that the Client cancels the Shoot for any reason, the Photographer will refund any payments made by the Client up to that point, less a $50 non-refundable booking fee.

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Hall county.

Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them. Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties..
